Capt. J M Vaishnav
After graduating from Narsee Monjee (N.M.) College of Commerce &
Economics, Mumbai, was commissioned in the Indian Army as a Short
Service Officer. After his assignment with the Army, worked with
National Dairy Development Board, Anand, moved to Vadodara and worked
with Sugam Dairy, Sun Pharma Advanced research Centre, and
Transpek-Silox Industry Ltd. An HR professional, he also had the
privilege of managing all operations of Sugam Dairy, a state-of-the-art
dairy plant, which developed and launched products such as Amul
Shrikhand, Amul Ice Cream, Amul Paneer and Amul Cheese Spread. An avowed
people manager, has had an excellent track record of successfully
interacting with people across all hierarchical levels, for over three
decades. Was adjudged Best Writer in N. M. College, and Best Debater as
an Officer Cadet in the Officers' Training Academy. Was elected Managing
Committee membership for a number of years in Baroda Management
Association, including a tenure as Vice President. At present he is an
HR Consultant and Trainer. He is also a Visiting Faculty at the ICFAI
National College, Vadodara. Has independently trained Occupational
Health professionals and Receptionists in soft skills, Hospital
Administrators in Personnel Management, and 'B' Level IT students in
Business Communications. Loves to train and motivate youngsters to
become confident, responsible professionals and citizens.
Jagdish Chaudhari A dynamic professional having 12+ years of rich experience in Marketing
& Supply Chain Management with reputed companies in the FMCG & Telecom &
Insurance sector. Has done several programs like Executive Programme in
Managing Marketing Communications from Mudra Institute of
Communications, Ahmedabad in 2001-2002, Diploma in Marketing from Nirma
Institute of Management, Ahmedabad in 2000. His Key performance areas
are Identifying and exploring new markets & tapping profitable business
opportunities, developing & implementing strategies and plans for
achieving sales across the state of Gujarat. Recipient of highly coveted
Annual award “Sales Master” in Max New York Life Insurance Company –
2005 and Recipient of highly coveted “CEO AWARD” (Highest achievement
across all offices in India) – 2006.He is also recipient of the "Defence
Minister Commendation Card" highest Honor of National Cadet Corps,
Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India in 1995.He also holds World record
for reaching the highest motorable road in the world on 60 cc moped in
1994. Sanjay Rughwani Graduate from Gujarat University. Has been a founder member of Max New
York Life Insurance. His meteoric success in Insurance field is a Rags
to Riches story. An astute insurance professional Sanjay’s last
assignment was Branch head & The Career path had started from being an
Insurance advisor. His achievement is a who's who list of all national &
international awards available in Insurance Industry. Has been a speaker
in national & international life insurance conventions.
